Karvaan – Annual Students Magazine

Karvaan, the annual student’s magazine is run by the Editorial Club at Azim Premji University. It is a students led initiative that began in 2014. It is an informal platform for the students to share their creativity. Students contribute short stories, essays, poems, artworks, cartoons, photographs to describe their life at the University.     It was in Gudalur, an amazing landscape in the Nilgiri district of Tamil Nadu, that I did my two week field immersion. The exposure to the vast share of unseen indigenous knowledge and culture of the Adivasi community in Gudalur was an exciting experience.
