Psychology in Action (April 2026)
The first edition of the annual psychology conference was organised on 18 April 2026.
The theme ‘intersections in psychology’, aimed to foster dialogue among various subfields of psychology. This year’s conference focused on clinical psychology, counselling psychology, neurosciences, psychiatric social work, and forensic psychology.
The uniqueness of this conference was its design of being student-centric, engaging students with the experts. This facilitated students’ learning about the practical nature of work and current research in these fields, providing a comprehensive understanding of the skills required to pursue them.
The conference featured four exciting sessions, including expert talks, immersion sessions, student poster presentations, and a panel discussion.
