We are interested in candidates who have a specialised interest in indigenous studies and can develop innovative pedagogic tools for multilevel and diverse classrooms.

An advanced degree in relevant Social Science disciplines namely, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science and Tribal Studies
An active research plan
An understanding of social movements, environmental justice, alternative knowledge systems, policy debates, and questions of Adivasi rights
Should be able to teach courses on indigeneity and belonging, ecology and livelihoods, and modernity and development
Candidates with interdisciplinary training in the social sciences are encouraged to apply
