Data Analytics Associate

We invite applications for the role of Data Analytics Associate for our admissions and outreach team.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Analytics Associate, you will:

  1. Extensively work with MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process automation (with proficiency in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, conditional formatting, array formulas, and data visualisation techniques).
  2. Design and maintain complex spreadsheets, create dynamic models, and ensure data integrity.
  3. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
  4. Extract insights from complex datasets from different data tables to support dynamic decision making.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate options and recommend effective alternatives.
  • Proficiency in interpreting programming logic, with a good understanding of data workflows across CRMs and integrated automation tools.
