Academic Associate — Biology
We invite applications for the role of Academic Associate in Biology for our Undergraduate Programme.
This role is part of the Biology group of the Undergraduate Programme at the University. This position will be for one year with the option of renewal for an additional year.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Faculty members in preparing and running labs for different courses
- Assisting students during labs
- Designing the labs for course projects
- Sitting in on courses that you will be providing technical help with
- Exploring innovative pedagogical practices and engaging with a socio-economically diverse student cohort
- BSc/MSc degree in Biological Sciences or any related discipline
- An interest in pursuing higher studies
- Candidates who are motivated and interested in teaching and research are encouraged to apply
