Position for Education Technology
We invite applications in the areas of Education Technology for our Bengaluru campus.
The Diploma programmes in education offered at the Azim Premji University are designed to fulfil the goals of inclusion and equity, as envisioned in the National Education Policy, 2020. The Diploma programmes are offered in a blended mode of online and on-campus components. The candidate will work closely with faculty of these programmes to help in creating digital content and resources which will be meaningful and interactive in nature.
- Sound understanding of teaching and conducting assessment through online/digital platforms.
- Implement effective strategies for delivering educational content through digital platforms, considering the scalability of the approach.
- Proficiency in using various digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to create innovative practices to deliver content encompassing both synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous (self-paced) learning methods.
- Ability to train and strengthen others’ capacity in the above.
- Prior experience of working with teachers, and practitioners in the education sector is desirable.
- Interest and knowledge of Early Childhood Education and Inclusive Education is preferred.
