About the session

An undergraduate degree can leave you with more questions than answers. What do you want to study next? Do you want to deepen your understanding of a field you already know, move into a new area, or build the knowledge and capabilities needed for a different kind of work? What does postgraduate study actually involve, and how do you decide whether a programme is right for you?

These are not only questions about choosing a course. They are questions about what you want to learn, how you want to learn, and what you hope to do with that learning.

This Q&A session will give you an opportunity to understand postgraduate education at Azim Premji University in greater depth. We will introduce the University’s postgraduate programmes, discuss what students study and how they learn, explain the admissions process, and talk about the different pathways graduates take after completing their programmes.

Choosing a programme
While pursuing a postgraduate programme, what you study, the questions you engage with, and the ways in which you learn differ from your undergraduate days. Learn more about the focus of the University’s programmes and the kinds of academic and professional interests they are suited for.

What postgraduate learning involves
