Details
About the session
Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programmes aim to improve children’s learning and development. But they often get affected by several issues on the ground. Given these challenges, how do programmes ensure that they deliver on their vision and goals? This webinar offers a dedicated space for ECCE professionals to discuss the realities of managing and implementing quality early childhood education programmes.
We will have conversations about some core questions that schools and ECCE organisations grapple with:
- How can one define quality and embed it into the fabric of ECCE programmes?
- How can one translate the school’s vision into everyday classroom routines?
- What are some ways to develop teachers based on an institution’s philosophy?
- How can one systematically capture progress to drive continuous improvement?
Through insightful conversations with ECCE administrators, leaders, and teacher educators, we will delve into important aspects like managing quality, continuous monitoring, and teacher development.
