Our work with other states
We have extended our work in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and Punjab over the last few years. We engage with diverse subject areas and stakeholders, customising our approach to align with the state’s needs.
- We offered English Language Enrichment Course (ELEC) to primary and secondary government school teachers in collaboration with State Institute for Languages and Teacher Training (SILTT).
- We collaborated with the Capacity Building Commission and the Government of Odisha to design a short-term school leadership programme for senior functionaries, principals, and head teachers from the elementary education ecosystem.
- We designed a short-term capacity-building programme for higher secondary English teachers in Odisha to support competency-based, learner-centred pedagogy and address the challenges students face due to the transition from Odia to English medium instruction.
- In collaboration with SCERT Punjab and the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), we supported the development of English textbooks for Grades I to III and middle-stage textbooks, in alignment with NEP 2020 and NCF-SE.
- We supported workshops focused on competency-based assessment principles and contributed to the development of item banks to strengthen classroom-based assessment practices.
- We collaborated on the development of the following subject textbooks to support competency-based teaching-learning processes:
- Grades I, II, IV, V — Mathematics, Hindi, and English, Environmental Studies (EVS)
- Grades III to V- English, Mathematics, Hindi
- We helped design assessment tools for Teacher Need Analysis (TNA) to identify the professional development requirements of teachers across different stages of schooling.
