Our work with institutions
Since 2020, we have been working with Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (APSWREIS) to support capacity building of school principals and teachers across its residential schools.
These programmes have focused on strengthening academic leadership, school culture and processes, teacher professional development, and competency-based teaching-learning approaches in mathematics, science, and social science.
Since 2020, we have been collaborating with CBSE on reforms in Board examinations and the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in alignment with the vision of competency-based education outlined in NEP 2020.
This work has included development of learning and assessment frameworks, rigorous review and analysis of Board examination and CTET question papers, handbooks for test development, item banks, and research studies on assessment practices.
We have also designed and facilitated long-term and short-term capacity-building programmes, including the Certificate Programme in Test Development and workshops for question paper setters, aimed at strengthening assessment design, competency-based pedagogy, and test development processes across school education.
We collaboratively developed the learning frameworks for science, mathematics, social science, English, and Hindi for Grades IX and X.
We collaborated to design and facilitate capacity-building programmes for middle school teachers across mathematics, English, science, and social science. These programmes focused on competency-based education, pedagogy, assessment, and lesson planning aligned with NCF-SE 2023, with the aim of strengthening teachers’ understanding of learning standards and classroom practices across curricular areas.
Since 2024, we have been collaborating to support professional development programmes for middle, secondary, and senior secondary teachers in the areas of competency-based pedagogy and assessment. The engagements have included offering the Certificate in Test Development for secondary-stage teachers across languages, science, social Science, and mathematics, along with subject-specific pedagogy workshops and short-term capacity-building programmes aligned with NEP 2020.
Since 2023, we have been collaborating on a range of professional development programmes for teachers across foundational, middle, and secondary stages. These have included workshops on foundational literacy for master resource persons, development of cascading training modules, subject-specific workshops on competency-based pedagogy, assessment for middle school teachers, and offering the Certificate Programme in Test Development to secondary teachers. We have also supported in development of handbook for reading and writing across all subjects.

We have facilitated workshops for capacity development of teachers across all stages of schooling, focused on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), as well as subject-specific pedagogy and assessment strategies.
