Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) face many financial and compliance challenges. Finance staff often work with limited resources and knowledge, which may expose CSOs to financial, legal, and funding risks.

This 5‑day course is designed to strengthen the capacity of finance professionals in small CSOs (annual budget under INR 1 Cr). It will focus on both perspectives (the role of finance in strengthening CSOs) and practices (hands-on skills, tools, and strategies) to build strong financial systems and ensure compliance, accountability, and sustainability for small CSOs.

नागरिक समाज संस्थाओं (CSOs) को वित्तीय प्रबंधन और कानून के पालन से जुड़ी कई तरह की चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। वित्त से जुड़े कामकाज देखने वाले कर्मचारी अक्सर सीमित साधनों और कम जानकारी के साथ काम करते हैं। इससे संस्थाओं को वित्तीय, कानूनी और फंडिंग से जुड़े जोखिम हो सकते हैं।

यह 5‑दिन का कोर्स (1 करोड़ रुपये से कम वार्षिक बजट वाले) छोटे CSOs के फाइनेंस प्रोफेशनल्स की क्षमता को मज़बूत बनाने के लिए व्यवस्थित तैयार किया गया है। यह कोर्स छोटे CSOs के लिए एक व्यावहारिक (प्रायोगिक ज्ञान, उपकरण और कार्यनीतियाँ)  और उपयोगी पहल है, जो उनकी वित्तीय काम करने की क्षमता और जवाबदेही को मज़बूत करेगा। इससे संस्थाएँ मजबूत वित्तीय सिस्टम बना सकती हैं और अनुपालन करते हुए जवाबदेही और स्थायित्व सुनिश्चित कर सकती हैं।

Knowledge of basic accounting, financial statements, and compliances is a prerequisite.
