Alumni Engagement
Staying in touch through learning, guidance, and shared support

Details
Alumni continue to return in many ways: to learn with faculty members, take part in workshops and conversations, support current students, share their work, and contribute to the University community.
This is a two-way relationship. Alumni bring their field experience, professional journeys, and knowledge of different sectors back to the University. In turn, the University creates opportunities for alumni to remain connected with faculty members, students, professionals, and fellow alumni.
Alumni Meets are spaces to reconnect with batchmates, faculty members, and the overall University community.
These gatherings bring alumni together across cities and regions. They offer time for conversation, reflection, and exchange across batches, programmes, and fields of work. Alumni share what they are doing, what they are learning, what has changed since graduation, and what continues to matter.
Whether you graduated recently or many years ago, the Alumni Meet is a way to stay connected to the people, ideas, and questions that shaped your time at the University.
At an Alumni Meet, you can:
- Reconnect with batchmates and faculty members
- Meet alumni from other programmes and batches
- Share your work and professional journey
- Learn about the University’s current alumni initiatives
- Build stronger regional alumni networks
Alumni Learn creates opportunities for alumni to keep engaging with ideas, people, and questions that matter to their work
Through talks, workshops, seminars, and conversations, alumni can connect with faculty members, practitioners, and fellow alumni. These sessions may focus on education, development, public policy, research, sustainability, livelihoods, social change, or other areas of shared interest.
For alumni, this is a way to continue learning with the University community even after graduation. It also opens up spaces where alumni can bring back insights from their own work and learn from the experiences of others.
Alumni-Student Connect brings alumni and current students into conversation
Many alumni support students through career conversations, placement-related interactions, mentoring, classroom engagements, and guidance on higher education. They help students understand different fields of work, prepare for professional transitions, and think through further studies in India and abroad.
For students, these conversations offer a practical view of what life after the University can look like. For alumni, they are a way to return to the University as guides, supporters, and fellow learners.
