Resident Mentor : Bengaluru and Ranchi Campuses | Apply now

Resident Executive : Bhopal Campus | Apply now

We believe that learning extends beyond academics. Student residences and campus life create spaces where students build meaningful relationships, learn from one another, and grow through the experiences they share. As a member of our residential team, you help build that. You’ll be part of a diverse and inclusive community.

What it’s like to be part of this community

  • You live where the community lives. Accommodation is provided at the student residences, so you’re part of campus life, not just visiting it.
  • You build real relationships. Your work is about meaningful connections with students and colleagues, beyond the classroom.
  • You lead with care. Our approach rests on positive engagement and care ethics. We reach out to students instead of waiting for problems to arrive.
  • You’re never doing it alone. You work with colleagues across the University, in academics, administration and operations.

Join a campus community as a Resident Mentor and help campus life run well, drive community initiatives, and create opportunities for students to learn and grow, in structured programmes and in everyday moments. The role comes with an added academic or administrative responsibility.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have a graduate or postgraduate degree
  • Are comfortable using MS Office and other IT tools
  • Have preferably 3+ years of experience managing student residences
  • Have experience working with students or young people (an added advantage)

Join an established campus community as a Resident Executive and help campus life run well, drive community initiatives, and create opportunities for students to learn and grow, in structured programmes and in everyday moments. You’ll be the first person students turn to. You’ll listen to them, solve problems with them, support their clubs and events, and help them work through conflicts, so the residences stay safe and supportive.
