• We seek candidates with research and organisational experience in heritage conservation, museum studies or related fields to teach and contribute to our Heritage Studies programme.
• The candidate should be able to design and teach courses in Heritage Studies, including field-based courses. They should be able to establish contacts with relevant organisations to enable and coordinate student internships.
• An advanced degree  in a relevant humanities/​social science discipline with at least two years of experience of working in a heritage-related field or  in relevant disciplines with seven years of work experience in a heritage-related field.
• Prior experience either in Conservation or  Curation is desirable.
• Candidates with prior research engagement with heritage documentation, archiving, museum theory, conservation and curation will be given preference. Expertise with digital technology, relevant platforms and applications is desirable.
• Academic familiarity with the history of South Asia.
