Biography
Praveen Kenderla worked as a postdoctoral research scholar in the Department of Psychology at the University of California, Riverside, and the Developing Belief Network. Before joining the Azim Premji University, he worked as a freelance data analyst for Boston University Wheelock School of Education. He completed his PhD from Boston University under the mentorship of Dr Melissa M Kibbe.
His current research includes social and cognitive development, with an emphasis on children’s understanding of social categories (for example, gender, religion, socio-economic status) and how childhood adversity affects children’s cognitive development.
