Dinesh brings extensive experience in building and scaling large technology-led service organisations, leading complex transformations, and working closely with public and private sector stakeholders across geographies. 

He has led the setting up of a Digital Innovation Hub at Ovidius University of Constanța, Romania’s largest public university, and a  Smart Centre to offer support services for IBM, India. 

Dinesh has been in technology leadership roles for over two decades with IBM . He was formerly Director, Digital Workplace Services, Kyndryl India. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from NIT, Srinagar, a PG level certificate in Sustainable Engineering  and Smart Cities from IISc, Bangalore and certification in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) from IIM, Bangalore.

Dinesh is passionate about mentoring young minds in IT and Leadership and in bridging the gap between industry excellence and academic curricula in Information Sciences.

He is part of the iMentor programme. His other interests include sports and history.
