What does it take to turn determination into destiny? For Triveni, it was a mother’s belief, her own persistence, and deep faith in the power of learning.
From a Marathi-medium school in Pune to Azim Premji University, where she completed her BSc on full scholarship, every step was built through effort and conviction.
Now, as a Chevening Scholar at the University of Bristol, Triveni’s story reflects what we hold true — that education, when made equitable, can rewrite a life.
“After Class 12, I applied for a three-year BSc in Physics and Data Science at Azim Premji University, Bengaluru. I cleared the written test and performed well in the interview too. With a full scholarship, I didn’t have to worry about paying fees.”
Triveni Dhamdhare (BSc Physics, 2015 – 18), alumni member, Azim Premji University, is pursuing her MSc in Data Science at the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.
