People Function

We invite applications for the role of a People Partner with the People Function Team at the University. This position is responsible for enabling the implementation of people processes at the University by effectively partnering with the operating teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and run people processes at each stage of employee lifecycle
  • Respond to employees queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Proactively reach out to and engage with employees on an ongoing basis
  • Develop content to communicate proactively with employees
  • Maintain relevant people MIS 
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in MS-Office
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with various functions in a collaborative manner
    • Skills in database management and record keeping
