ESG Readiness Lab — Workshop

Introduction and rationale
Most Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) conversations end with a framework and a feeling of being overwhelmed. This one ends with a 90-day plan you can actually act on.
Azim Premji University in partnership with Nadhi-SheforClimate is running the first cohort of the ESG Readiness Lab for women — a one-day, in-person workshop for people who are done talking about ESG and ready to do something about it.
Who is this workshop for?
The target audience for this course will be founders, sustainability professionals, consultants, and strategy lead who are at the point where “we should take ESG seriously” needs to become a concrete plan.
The learners will be provided with a one-pager to gauge their understanding of — the ESG, Business Responsibility & Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), established standards and frameworks. They are expected to share the responses before the workshop.
Intended learning outcomes
You’ll come in with a real challenge your organisation is navigating. You’ll leave with:
- A personalised ESG relevance map for your organisation
- 2 – 3 metrics you can start tracking immediately
- A 90-day action plan with clear next steps
- A peer cohort working through the same questions
Selection process
This is our pilot workshop and we’re keeping it open to all women+ professionals who are either navigating an ESG challenge in their current role or actively exploring sustainability as their next career move. Future cohorts will be selective. If you’ve been considering this, now is the time.
