Building on the success of Rivers of Life in 2022 and Forests of Life in 2023, Mountains of Life uses the metaphor of the Indian festival to celebrate the joy of nature and communicate issues of sustainability and climate change through a multi-sensorial, immersive format. 

This festival showcases research from student interns who have visited mountains across the length and breadth of India, along with art installations, cultural performances, movies, immersive installations, artefacts, interactive workshops, and more!

We cordially invite all schools, colleges, and organisations across Bhopal, that work with children and youth to participate in this festival. 

From Grade VI students to young graduates and professionals, everyone is welcome to join us on this journey.

  • Expansive panels featuring images, maps and information on biodiversity, local communities, cultural and spiritual significance, diverse uses, and much more

  • Experience sharing by Mountains of Life interns

Mandatory registration: All participants must register to ensure seamless entry to the campus.

Free access: The exhibition is open to everyone at no charge.

Complimentary meals: Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost for all registered institutions depending on the time of arrival/​departure.

Transportation: We will arrange transportation for government schools, colleges, and non-profit organisations bringing children and youth from Bhopal and surrounding areas. Private institutions are responsible for their own transport arrangements.
