• Eligibility: Young wordsmiths aged 13 – 15
• Submission Guidelines: Craft a captivating short story in English under 300 words inspired by our prompt. Registered students will get a link to submit their stories. Send in your entries here

Meet our Judge

Your work will be reviewed by Jane De Suza, an award-winning author whose work has been published internationally. She writes about deep issues with sensitivity and humour. Her books include Flyaway Boy, When the World Went Dark (When Impossible Happens in the US and UK), The Midnight Years, Uncool and the SuperZero series for youngsters, and The Spy Who Lost Her Head and Happily Never After for adults. Her first non-fiction book on languages, The Talking Book is just out. She is a columnist and creative director who currently lives in Singapore.
