Azim Premji University and Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, Bengaluru, invite you to the Book Launch event for iThink Biology, a free online textbook for biology students.

Developed by the biology faculty at Azim Premji University, this book is created to encourage the curiosity of learners and develop important capacities that will help them in any field of study.

iThink Biology attempts to develop five key capacities of the reader – scientific tools, the scientific process, quantitative skills, reading and interpreting, and bridging science, society, and the environment. Each chapter, exercise, or case study focuses on one or more of these capacities. This approach ensures that learners are equipped with the means to critically think about any real-world problem.

Participants

We invite undergraduate students or students of grade XI and XII of any college or school and educators who teach biology and allied subjects to learn more about our book.
