While various complementary disciplines have helped refine theory and practice in psychology, it is also true that ideas from psychology/​cognitive science have interesting intersections with disciplines such as Economics, CS/AI, Decision Making, Game Theory, Sociology (eg: understanding caregiving burden amongst the disadvantaged), Political Thoughts (eg. intergenerational trauma, understanding ideologies, leadership). This seminar-based course is designed such that seminal papers in this intersectional space are discussed.
