Vrinda is the Deputy Registrar at Azim Premji University. In this role, she supports institutional functions related to student services, academic administration, compliances and policy implementation.

Vrinda has over 20 years of professional experience. She joined Azim Premji University in 2016 and has since played a pivotal role in shaping and leading the admissions process for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. She has contributed to building inclusive and efficient systems that align with the University’s mission of equity and access in higher education. She has also led efforts towards process automation to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Prior to this, Vrinda was Manager – Process (Admissions) at Shiv Nadar University, Noida, where she established robust systems for applications, screening, and admissions and led the design, quality control, and technical implementation of online entrance tests, catering to the admissions requirements of undergraduate programmes of the University.

Earlier in her career, she worked as Content Manager at Spice Global, helping the organization set up and grow its web content management systems. She also served as Assistant Editor at Communications Today magazine, published by ADI Media.

Vrinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bangalore University.
