Talvinder Kour was born and brought up in Jasidih, Jharkhand. Her professional journey reflects a steady transition from classroom teaching to leadership roles in education, governance, and programme management. 

She most recently worked as an Academic Programme Manager at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, on executive-level diploma programmes, coordinating with the National Health Mission, National Health Systems Resource Centre, state health departments, and industry experts. She has also gained international exposure through academic and market-oriented projects with Tech​la​homa​.org in Tulsa, AmphibiousAI in Chicago and Google Non-Profit Marketing Immersion Program.

Her academic background includes MS in Marketing Analytics from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA, along with postgraduate education in Business Analytics and Management. She is a recipient of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society Award.

She enjoys music, watching movies, travelling and spending time with family and friends, and being close to nature.
