Suman hold a MBA degree in Business Analytics and Operations from Presidency University, Bengaluru and BBA degree in Finance from St Josephs, Mysuru.

He has earlier worked with Dayananda Sagar University as Analytics and Operations executive in the Admissions Department. He was managing the MIS, Data Analysis, Leadsquared CRM and its Management and also with Wheebox and Voxpro Solutions. 

His hobbies include playing cricket and football and listening to music.
