Prajwal started his career as a trainee in the marketing department of Parcon India Private Limited, a tea broking company in Siliguri. He then moved onto tea manufacturing industry, as a Welfare Officer with McLeod Russel India Limited, at their Tea Estates in Assam.

He is a psychology graduate with a B.A. (Hons.) degree from Ahmedabad University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. His interest in Psychology combined with an interdisciplinary approach led to him studying courses beyond Psychology such as Gender, Performing and Visual Arts, and Literature.

A self-confessed bibliophile, he enjoys losing himself in a good book during any spare time. An amateur cricket data analyst, he can be found poring over cricket statistics at odd hours. He also loves watching (and playing) Lawn Tennis.

He believes that personal growth and societal progress are complementary, not an ​‘either-or’ relationship.
