With an MBA in Human Resource Management and over 12 years of experience, she has developed expertise in academic administration, HR operations, CSR engagement, and programme coordination. 

Previously, she worked at Jagran Lakecity University, Nayak’s Tutorials, and Acumen Packaging Pvt. Ltd., handling faculty coordination, employee engagement, and policy implementation. Pooja’s key strengths lie in organisational behaviour, employee wellbeing, and leadership development.  She continues to work toward creating learning environments that foster institutional excellence and social impact.
