Biography
Nimy P K holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Calicut University, along with certifications in Geo Information Science and Technology, and Data Analytics. With over two and a half years of experience as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at Al Ameen Engineering College, she taught essential Civil and Environmental Engineering disciplines.
Nimy has also gained valuable experience in teaching students at LearnFluid, UK, which has broadened her global teaching perspective. Her academic and research interests include sustainable environmental engineering practices, Geospatial technology, and data-driven environmental solutions. She is passionate about fostering a collaborative learning environment and is committed to mentoring the next generation, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to address real-world challenges.
Her research interests are centred around Environmental Engineering, with a focus on water treatment technologies and waste management. Nimy possesses a robust skill set in Environmental Engineering, Wastewater Treatment, Sustainable Engineering Practices, Geo Information Science and Technology, Natural Coagulants in Water Treatment, and Data Analytics.
