Mosin is working with community engagement initiatives. He is working on a couple of projects strengthening elected women representatives, community outreach for social welfare schemes and village commons study. 

Mosin was ealier a Resident Mentor and was part of the Student Affairs team. 

Mosin has done his Bachelor’s degree in Arts with a specialization in Geography from Pune university. He did his Master’s in Development from Azim Premji University in 2018. He has done a six month certificate course in Disaster management from Indra Gandhi National Open University in 2024. He worked as a project manager in the Foundation for ecological Security (FES) in the Chikkaballapur district of Karnataka. He has four years of work experience in capacity building of community resource person, natural resource management, strengthening local institutions, improving rural livelihood and implementation of different social security schemes.
