Mosin is part of the Community Engagement Initiative at the University. He is working on projects ranging from strengthening elected women representatives, community outreach for social welfare schemes, and village commons study. Mosin was ealier a Resident Mentor and was part of the Student Affairs team. 

He did his Bachelor’s in Arts with a specialisation in Geography from Pune university. He did his Master’s in Development from Azim Premji University in 2018. He has also completed a six-month certificate course in Disaster management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in 2024. 

Mosin worked as a project manager in the Foundation for ecological Security (FES) in Chikkaballapur district, Karnataka. He has four years of work experience in capacity building of community resource persons, natural resource management, strengthening local institutions, improving rural livelihood, and implementation of different social security schemes.
