Manas holds a postgraduate degree in management from Usha Martin Academy, Kolkata and has over 12 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management across social development, manufacturing, and construction sectors.

He has a proven track record of managing end-to-end procurement operations for large-scale projects including Infrastructure development, and community development initiatives, schools, colleges, hospitals, etc.

His procurement experience supports programmes across multiple thematic areas such as health, agriculture, livelihood, education, skill development, disaster management, and waste management.

Manas has successfully led procurement operations for projects across multiple states in India, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost optimisation.

He has also supported and coordinated various audits including Government audits, Grant Thornton (GT), ISO audits, and other external agency reviews, maintaining strong documentation standards and adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
