Lokram has over seven years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, and process improvement.

He has a Bachelor’s of Commerce in Finance & Accounts from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore, and Master’s in Business Administration in International Business from EU Business School Munich, Germany, in partnership with the University of Roehampton London. 

He has been engaged in several academic projects. His thesis, titled A Study of Leather Industry: Consumer Perception and Environmental Impact of Leather Products (2022), explores consumer attitudes and environmental considerations in the leather industry. 

 In his past roles, he has managed large databases, developed and executed communication plans for product launches, and overseen corporate initiatives. His expertise spans in data management, quality assurance, project coordination, and sustainable process improvements, all contributing to enhanced operational efficiencies.

He has a keen interest and is involved in volunteering and mentoring. He serves as a Wellness Programmes Assistant for The Art of Living in Bangalore and mentors individuals for career development through UpGrad in Mumbai. His multilingual abilities in English, German, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada enable him to connect with a diverse range of people.

He is quite passionate about sports, particularly field hockey, which has been a significant part of his life.
