Kanchan joined the University at Bhopal and is a part of the Programme Office.

She has a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Master’s in Physics from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and a Bachelor’s in Physics from Delhi University, New Delhi.

 She has earlier worked with Data Folkz Pvt Ltd, as an academic manager. 

 She enjoys travelling and playing tennis.
