Jose Paul works with Azim Premji University, Bhopal, as part of the University Operations – Placements team, with a key focus on student preparedness and career readiness, supporting students in developing the skills, confidence, and competencies required for successful placements.

Prior to this, he was associated with People’s University Bhopal, as Soft Skills & Communication Faculty, training students across Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, and other streams for successful campus placements.

With over 16 years of experience, Jose began his career in the corporate sector, gaining strong exposure to customer communication and service excellence, before moving into skill-development training. A notable milestone was his contribution to the World Bank-funded ​“Leveraging ICT for Growth, Employment and Governance” project in Bangladesh, training IT-ITES aspirants for the global outsourcing industry.

Jose holds a Master’s degree through distance Learning from Maharishi University, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and a Bachelor’s degree from BSSS College, Barkatullah University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, both in English Literature.
