Jaicy comes with over 13 years of experience as an accomplished HR leader in Education sector. For the past 10 years, she has been working as Human Resource Manager at Silver Oaks International School in Bangalore, where she has played a key role in developing and refining the institutions HR practices.

She started her career at IZEE Business School and subsequently worked at St. John’s Medical College Hospital in Human Resources Department. She comes with a Master’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala.

Jaicy is a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional and is also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Her expertise extends to effectively manage people, fostering positive employee relations, and leveraging data for insightful decision-making for the success of an organisation and its people, including students.

 Outside of work, Jaicy enjoys listening to music and likes to challenge herself with mathematical puzzles like Sudoku.
