Hemali hails from Bhopal and was raised there. She has over 14 years of diverse experience across various sectors and organisations including ICICI, Mahindra & Mahindra, and SMG Group. Her roles predominantly centred around providing sales, commercial, and administrative support to the management.

Her diverse experience across the banking, finance, automobile, and manufacturing sectors creates a distinct blend of skills that sparks efficiency and fosters collaboration. Having navigated various industries, she leverages this experience to proactively tackle challenges and drive transformative solutions in her roles. 

Her problem-solving skills fuel a continuous quest for innovative methods, infusing a fresh perspective into streamlining operations. Embracing a proactive approach to life, she thrives on learning and exploring new horizons, channelling these experiences to bring novel strategies to her professional endeavours.

She provides comprehensive assistance to the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, and the University Operations team at the University. 

She completed her schooling at Bal Bharti Public School (BBPS), Bhopal. She has a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.

She enjoys playing table tennis and badminton, baking and cooking.
