With over three decades of professional experience, Chitradeep is an accomplished education and campus operations leader with extensive exposure to university administration, school management, student support, campus estate services, and institutional development. He has served in senior leadership roles at Alliance University, India International School, and the Indus School of Leadership, managing diverse teams and complex institutional ecosystems. 

His expertise spans campus operations, residential life, student welfare, disciplinary administration, infrastructure and estate management, safety and risk management, events, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and crisis response. At Alliance University, he led campus estate and student support functions, including the management of 21 halls of residence and large-scale student facing operations.

Known for his hands on and collaborative approach, he has consistently worked towards improving systems, strengthening institutional processes, and enhancing student experience. 

He is multilingual, with proficiency in six languages.
