Arun is a licensed civil engineer specialising in all aspects of quantity surveying, billing, including material takeoff, contract management, cost plan, bill of quantity preparation, and preparation of billing/​claims.

He has over twelve years of comprehensive experience in construction activities involving tendering, contracts, procurement, quantity survey, budget monitoring, project management, execution and project coordination, etc. 

He is capable of managing detailed estimates, preliminary estimates, Detailed Project Reports (DPR), project cash flow, contractor and sub-contractor billing, rate analysis, and meeting with clients, for residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, development, airport, metro, and infrastructure projects.

He assists in the accurate preparation of tenders, by providing for the measurement of quantities on the required method of measurement. He provides a basis for the financial control of a project, in accordance with the conditions of the contract. Arun’s core functional strengths are contract administration and management, cost management, quantity surveying, budget monitoring, and project management.

He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Intellectual Institute of Management and Technology (IIMT), Delhi, and a Postgraduate degree from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has earlier worked with L&T Construction and Semac, in the Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR), TCS IT SEZ PARK, The Crest, Cyber City, and RIM Projects.
