Archana Hegde is based in Bengaluru and brings over a decade of experience in executive assistance, administration, people function,  operations and office management. Before joining the University, she was associated with Tech Mahindra and ADC Communications, where she supported leadership teams and contributed to the effective functioning of organisational and administrative systems.

Her professional experience spans multiple domains of operational management, coordination, and executive support. Archana has developed proficiency in managing schedules, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring the timely execution of institutional priorities. Her approach to work reflects a strong emphasis on accuracy, discretion, and efficiency in supporting senior leadership and complex administrative processes.

At the University, Archana provides comprehensive assistance to the leadership and operational units, ensuring seamless coordination and effective administrative support.

She holds a diploma and continues to pursue professional growth through continuous learning and engagement with institutional development initiatives. In her leisure time, she also enjoys writing short poems in Kannada, which reflect her appreciation for language and creative expression.
