Alok is a development practitioner with around five years of experience in areas like water, sanitation and hygiene, capacity building, and strengthening local institutions. He has worked extensively in Odisha, Jharkhand, and Bihar with organisations like WaterAid India and Gram Vikas. 

Alok has a Master’s degree in Development (MA in Development) from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, and a Master’s degree in Commerce from Central University of Rajasthan. He is also a certified CSR professional from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

He enjoys travelling, cooking, and gardening.
