Biography
Alka Singh is an Executive Assistant with more than ten years of professional experience supporting senior leaders across multinational corporations, educational institutions, and public-facing organisations. Her work centres on enabling effective leadership through strategic administrative support, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions.
Prior to joining the University, she worked with Wabtec Locomotive Pvt. Ltd. (GE Transportation) and JUSCO, a Tata Enterprise, where she supported senior executives in managing complex operations, cross-functional collaboration, executive communications, and organisational initiatives. Her experience spans executive administration, project coordination, employee engagement, business reporting, and operational planning.
Alka holds an MCA from IGNOU and has additional qualifications in computer applications and human resource management. She is particularly interested in how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and workflow automation, can enhance organisational effectiveness, improve productivity, and create better workplace experiences. Her recent work has focused on implementing digital tools that streamline administrative processes, strengthen communication, and support informed decision-making.
She is passionate about building efficient systems that allow leaders and teams to focus on meaningful work and organisational impact.
