Akshata is part of the Programme office, handling the student helpdesk in Bhopal, which is associated with the University Operations Team in Bhopal.

Prior to joining the University, Akshata worked as an Audit Team Head at Pramod K Sharma & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bhopal. 

She started her career as a value banker in branch banking operations at ICICI Bank Ltd., Bhopal. Later, she worked as a customer service officer in branch banking operations at Axis Bank Ltd., Bhopal. 

She has completed a master’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in commerce with computer applications from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. 

During her spare time, she enjoys sketching, crafting, gardening, baking, and cycling.
