Aditi was born and brought up in Bhopal. With a good command of Hindi and English languages, and more than seven years of industry experience in Human Resources (HR) across multiple verticals like training and development, performance appraisal, employee engagement activities, and succession planning, recruitment has been her core domain.

She is a people person who likes to listen to their stories, get into their shoes, and she strives to strike a balance between personal aspirations and the organisation’s goals. With a perseverant attitude and approach towards life, she enjoys learning new things.

She wants to bring about a positive change around her by adding meaning to people’s lives, recruiting a talented pool of people, helping them to understand our work and fit in our culture, and ultimately adding value to society and hence, the Foundation.

She completed her schooling at Delhi Public School, Bhopal. She has an MBA degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal, and BA (Hons) degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Leeds Beckett University (LBU), formerly known as Leeds Metropolitan University (LMU), Leeds, UK.

Her hobbies include playing basketball, swimming, baking, painting, and singing.
