Abhinaya graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Biotechnology from St. Peter’s Engineering College, Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Following her graduation, she worked as a Technology Analyst with Infosys Limited, Chennai, where she gained four and a half years of valuable experience. Abhinaya also has a Postgraduate Diploma in International Education from Indus Training and Research Institute, Bengaluru, Karnataka

She was intrigued by the fascinating world of Early Childhood Education, where one can truly understand the nature of learning and development in humans. This led her to volunteer as a Teaching Associate and an Art Teacher at Indus Early Learning Centre, Whitefield, Bengaluru. These rich experiences inspired her to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in International Education at Indus Training and Research Institute, in partnership with the Birmingham City University, UK. Following this, she worked as a PYP educator at Indus International School, Bengaluru. She is now pursuing an online degree in Master of Science in Data Science at Vellore Institute of Technology.

Currently, she is exploring interactive online pedagogical tools for university courses and assisting the faculty of the Postgraduate Diploma programme in Early Childhood Education.

She is particularly interested in exploring the role of artificial intelligence in personalised learning in the diverse Indian context.

In her free time she loves macro photography and enjoys reading, dancing and doing DIY projects.
