ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆ, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಕ ದಿಗ್ಗಜರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ​‘ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಹವಾಸ’ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಸರಣಿಯದಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸರಣಿಯ ಐದನೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 13ರಂದು ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು ವಚನಕಾರ್ತಿಯರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಿಕ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಲಿದೆ. 

The Sahitya Sahavasa series celebrates Karnataka’s rich cultural milieu, its literary icons, and the Kannada language. This fifth edition of ​‘Sahitya Sahavasa’ series will be held celebrate the lives and literary contributions of women poets of the Vachana movement. 

Dr Veeranna C Charantimath, Chairman, Basaveshwara Veerashaiva Vidyavardhaka Sangha, Bagalkote, will inaugurate the event and Dr Amaresh Nugadoni, Author and Professor (Retd), Kannada University, Hampi, will preside over the function and deliver the keynote address.

The day-long event will include talks by Prof. Tamil Selvi, Dr T Yallappa, Dr Sabita Bannadi, and Dr Gurupada Mariguddi; rendition of vachanas by students, stage play Maya Madamardana Allama Prabhu by Ranga Parimala Amateur Theatre Group, Ilkal, and an exhibition of portraits of women poets by artist Shri C B Somashetti, Bidar. Separately, prizes will be distributed to the winners of the literary and singing competitions organised for students.
