Join us to celebrate the rich cultural and literary tradition of Karnataka
Marikaadu, a play written by the Jnanapith award winning Kannada writer Dr. Chandrashekhara Kambara and directed by Sri. Malatesha Badiger will be enacted on Friday, February 28, 2025, by the artists of Adamya Ranga Samskruti Trust, Bengaluru.
A snippet of Dr. U. R. Ananthamurthy’s video lecture on the contribution of Dr. Chandrashekhara Kambara will be played, along with a rendering of a poem written by Kambara.
The event is part of ‘Samskruti Sambhrama’ programme series, conceived to celebrate the rich cultural and literary traditions of Karnataka.
Dr. Chandrashekhara Kambara will be present during the event.
