Nature Walk | Van Vihar National Park and Zoo
Explore nature anew— through a guided tour, hands-on experience, and more!

Want to learn to identify local flora and fauna? Want to take a closer look at them through hand-held microscopes? We also have botanical illustration practice on our list! With an ecologist, a microbiologist, and undergraduate biology students in tow, we hope to provide an enriching experience for all participants.
We invite you for a walk aimed at fostering a greater appreciation for nature among school children and community members.
If you are someone keen to understand ecological concepts, love hands-on learning experiences, are interested in learning about your natural surroundings, and participate in conservation discussions, this walk is for you.
The walk aims to be an educational and inspiring experience for school children, community members, faculty and biology students. By fostering a deeper connection with nature and promoting environmental awareness, we aim to inspire future generations to become custodians of the environment.
