23 24 Indo Finnish seminar

A two-day seminar, organized by Azim Premji University and the Global Innovation Network for Teaching and Learning (GINTL), brought together Indian and Finnish experts to share and discuss various areas in education.

Members from the School of Education, the Teacher Education group at the School of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Continuing Education participated in the hybrid event, along with faculty from the University of Helsinki and the University of Jyväskylä.

Between 2021 and 2024, we have established strong connections with two GINTL universities in Finland — the University of Jyväskylä and the University of Helsinki. The three universities have collaborated through bilateral visits, projects, and knowledge-sharing seminars.

This seminar aimed to bring together collaborators from the University of Helsinki, the University of Jyväskylä, and Azim Premji University to strengthen the understanding of the educational landscapes in both countries. This platform has initiated further research and academic collaboration across the three universities.
