About the Mountains of Life festival

The third edition of our Climate Festival Series, Mountains of Life, builds on the success of Rivers of Life (2022) and Forests of Life (2023) and this tri-lingual public event uses the metaphor of the Indian festival to celebrate the joy of nature and communicate issues of sustainability and climate change through a multi-sensorial, immersive format.

The festival showcases research from student interns who have visited mountains across the length and breadth of India, along with art installations, cultural performances, movies, immersive installations, artefacts, interactive workshops, and more!

The festival is free and open to the public. Schools, colleges, and individuals must pre-register to attend. Stay tuned for further details.
