Savitri Ambedkar Cultural Club, in collaboration with Celluloid Club, is organising a film screening and interactive session with Venu Udugula, a new-age Indian filmmaker.

Film’s Plotline: Captivated by the poems of a renegade warrior on a lethal mission, a naïve yet defiant young woman follows her heart into the depths of a revolution. The story is set in the late 70s in Telangana when the Naxal movement was at its peak. Sarala belongs to a lower caste background and the story tells her life story and her struggle in the movement.
